I understand that a General Cleaners Express Service account will be opened for me and remain open until such time as I request a cancellation. Upon cancellation, I agree to return the Express Service custom laundry bags to General Cleaners or pay $10.00 each for their replacement. Also, as an Express Service customer of General Cleaners, I understand that I will receive a monthly charge for cleaning services either on my credit card or on a bill that will be due within thirty (30) days. Any balance over thirty days will be assessed a monthly 1.5% finance charge, not to exceed 18% annually. If my balance should lapse past sixty (60) days, I understand that my Express Service privileges will be revoked and General Cleaners normal collection procedures will be followed.‎
